YogaStarted the day with some Yoga on LiveExercise.com.

All you need is an Internet connection and a Browser.

A set of Bodylastics Bands will help too.

Chiseled CardioAfter Yoga was Chiseled Cardio.

This is a tough boot camp for weight loss class.

It will keep your body guessing and is sure to get results!

You’ll need your Bands for this class too, although it’s not required.

STRONG LIFTS 5×5
Start off with 10 Burpees. (Gets the blood flowing) Check the link below to see how to do a Burpee.
Squat (warm up): 125 lbs (2 Sets of 5) + 10 Burpees after each set.
Squat: 190 lbs (5 Sets of 5) + 10 Burpees after each set.
Bench Press: 140 lbs (5 Sets of 5) + 10 Burpees after each set.
Barbell Row: 130 lbs (5 Sets of 5) + 10 Burpees after each set.

When you’re done you have lifted 2,550 lbs and done 180 Burpees.
