  • SQUAT & SIDE LEG LIFT 60 reps
  • TRICEP PUSH UP 30 reps each arm
  • SPLIT LEG CRUNCH 60 reps
  • DIAGONAL TOUCH DOWN/UP 30 reps each side
  • SIDE PLANK PULSE 30 reps each side
  • ONE LEG WALL SIT LEG PULSE 30 reps each leg
